GP Consultation when you need it most

Speaking to a trusted GP at the time of your choosing has never been easier. You can access expert medical advice from the comfort of your home, when you are work, or even on the go.

Our team of UK registered GPs are available 365 days a year to offer advice and support on a wide range of medical conditions. You can book a scheduled video appointment or request for a doctor to call you back as soon as possible, typically within four hours. You are able to upload pictures and documents when booking your appointment or during your consultation for the doctor to review.

If you need medication, we can issue a private prescriptions which can be sent to you electronically or sent to a pharmacy of your choice. Alternatively, you can request for the medication to be delivered to your door at no extra charge. Our GPs can issue private specialist referrals and issue sick notes when clinically appropriate. You are able access your notes and any other documents like referrals within two hours after your consultation.

How does it work?

    You can request a GP consultation any time – choose either a video or telephone consultation.

  • 2 •Phone consultation

    Once your request is submitted, a doctor will call you back as soon as possible. Usually within four hours.

  • 3 •Video Consultation

    Select the time of your consultation and login to the app in time for your Video consultation.

Examples of conditions which need urgent in-person assessments include: Chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe infection, severe pain, suspected stroke, seizures, pregnancy complications, high fever in unwell infant.
