How does it work?

You decide how you want us to contact you (phone or email) and complete the form. Your Personal GP Case Manager will then contact you to explain the process, which involves four steps:

  • 1 Gathering your information:

From the moment you contact us, your Case Manager will start the process of gathering the necessary information about your case.

  • 2 Review of Medical Records:

A Clinical Committee will perform an initial review of the medical records and other documents you provide.

  • 3 Expert Selection:

The Clinical Committee will begin the process of selecting the most experienced international medical experts in the relevant pathology.

  • 4 Case analysis:

Your Case Manager will send your case to the selected experts and maintain telephone contact in order to discuss the specifics of the case with you (and with your treating physician, if desired).

  • Do you have questions and concerns around your diagnosis or treatment plan?
  • Do you seek clarity about the best next steps to take to optimise your recovery?
  • Would you like to make a more informed decision about your planned treatment?
